CLEVRvictron.display.solar Account

Privacy

The Victron display uses your existing Clevr House account.

Accounts

Account details, password hashes, orders use the same database as Clevr House. A successful login records your account ID, the website used to sign in and the time. This site uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in; your browser session is separate from Clevr House.

Panel firmware

The Home Assistant integration detects sensors automatically. This website does not accept diagnostics uploads or generate customer-specific panel kits. Download the matching firmware from your account after purchasing the chosen integration; enter connection credentials locally.

Temporary panel licenses

Your account stores your selected panel, inverter and connection mode, the code issue date and expiry, and firmware download counts and times. Online license checks record panel size, inverter, edition, firmware version, first and last check-in, the first successful confirmation, validation results and check counts. If supplied by firmware, a persistent random device ID and optional panel name distinguish individual panels; otherwise checks are grouped by size, inverter and edition. This information is visible in the license holder's account. Device IDs are for reporting and do not restrict activation. The validation database stores a code hash; an encrypted copy lets you view the code in your account. Licenses do not bind to an IP address, MAC address or Home Assistant installation. Short-lived hashed IP and code counters protect the validation service from excessive requests. Validation request bodies and codes are not recorded in access logs.

Website access

Apache records access logs that may include your IP address, requested URL and browser information. See the Clevr House privacy policy for account-data information and contact details.
